II brings together more<br>than 5,000 immunologists from universities, health providers, independent research organisations, and<br>industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The IUIS 2023 Congress, Cape Town, South Africa, from <strong>27 November-2 December<\/strong>, promises to be a<br>landmark occasion for Africa and the global immunology community. This will be the first time such a<br>meeting is being held in Africa and is also the first such in-person meeting after the start of the COVID-19<br>pandemic. The Congress is hosted by the IUIS, the Federation of African Immunological Societies (FAIS),<br>and the South African Immunology Society (SAIS).
